But now to face another financial threat thanks to the absolute awful service @ATTBusinessCare provides. To say your shoddy infrastructure is horrible in north St Louis city is awful is a understatement. You are probably cost us well over 1500.00 in sales this week

I will be paying 117.00 per month with 4 phones and 12 rollover lines as well as well as call forwarding on each phone..this doesn’t include internet service which I pay 130.00 a month

@ATTHelp For 2 months I haven’t had a consistent internet connection. You guys sent me the SAME modem yesterday. Supervisor couldn’t fix it remotely. I have a child to provide for and work from home. ATT won’t help me. I’ve called and chatted several times. Nothing. Not even compensation.

@CanyonEveSimp @ATT @Xfinity That’s what I tried to tell them! I said I am a single mom that works from home, that I’m losing out on financial opportunities to provide for my son, and NOTHING. ATT was just like, we see no problem on our end. My internet is out everyday, 80% of the day, even my data

@NevilleRay Really? Apparently the limit is Tropical storms. Since I have barely any signal and my neighbor who has @ATT is having no issues.
