This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Luxury comes to North Myrtle Beach in the form of this vacation rental that has it all. Featuring a beautiful kitchen with granite counters, an elevator to make it easy to get from one floor to another and a game room with a pool table and Foosball, Living Beach 2 is poised to offer a memorable experience at the beach for all ages.
There are eight and one half baths in this oceanfront beach house. With 4,750-square feet of living space your family and friends can spread out while vacationing together. All the conveniences of home are furnished for you in Living Beach 2, includingWIFI and a washer and dryer.
