Jennifer Duran is Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health’s Global Vice President of Product Resiliency and Sustainability and a member of the Research & Development Leadership Team. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Green Chemistry and Commerce Council since January 2020.

Jen has over 17 years of experience distilling complex sustainability issues into actionable opportunities to positively influence the health of people and of the planet. In her current role, she inspires a global organization to design resilient products with lower environmental impacts that consumers trust and love.

She holds several patents, a post-graduate degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University and a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University where she studied at the Institute for Green Science.
